Meeting Notes - 2/21/05 DUNE update Thanks to those of you who made it to the meeting on Monday. We're starting to build momentum, and we have some exciting things on the near horizon. Much of the early discussion centered around DUNE's value to students in different departments. The key message from that discussion was simply that the value will be unique for each group. We hope to address that in DUNE by getting commitment from enthusiastic leaders in each school who will represent the interests of their organization. We've set up the following action items for our next meeting. The date for that meeting will be announced next week. We grouped these into 2 Phases. Phase 1 involves creating a public face for the group through a charter and web site. Phase two involves doing stuff - planning events and building our communication network! Thanks for everyone's help so far! We're off to a great start and excited about what we can accomplish. When we get the website up, I'll send out another email asking for feedback and also encouraging you all to spread the word.
